Drivers |
Maintaining
current hardware drivers software is important for your system’s
stability. While the Windows Update feature of current versions
of Microsoft Windows typically handles driver updates for you, there
may be times when you will need to update drivers manually if problems
arise when using newer software with older driver versions.
ZT verifies
and updates hardware drivers as they become available, and provides
the drivers that are appropriate for your system based on your system’s
serial number.

ZT Systems Standard Limited
Warranty |
Your ZT Systems computer has a limited warranty from the original
date of purchase (see individual product for warranty term.) This
limited warranty covers the end user for parts and workmanship. If
your ZT computer system fails under appropriate use during the
warranty period, ZT Systems will repair or replace it at our
discretion. If your ZT product is not performing properly and needs
to be serviced, please contact technical support using the
information below.
Customers must request a RMA number prior to returning any products to ZT Systems. The system’s model number, serial number, and proof of the purchase must be provided when requesting the RMA number. ALL RETURNS WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED! RMA numbers are effective for 15 days including the day of issuance.
When returning your ZT computer system for repair, please make sure to include a copy of the invoice/receipt, your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. The customer is responsible for one-way shipping of defective unit to ZT’s service center.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: The limited warranty does not cover failures caused by alteration or repair not performed by ZT Systems or its authorized agents, damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper shipping or acts of God, or any software compatibility issues.
