Terms and Conditions for Vista Bonus Pack 2008 Offer

• Supplies are limited. Offer available to customers who purchase a genuine United States Windows® Vista Ultimate, Windows® Vista Home Premium, Windows® Vista Business operating system, Office Professional 2007, Office Small Business 2007, Office Home and Student 2007, Windows® Small Business Server™ 2003, Windows® Server 2008™ Standard Edition in the United States from ZT Systems from August 25, 2008 through December 31, 2008 and has validated the software using the Windows Genuine Advantage, Office Genuine Advantage and Windows Small Business Server 2003 programs / Windows® Server 2008™. In order to be eligible for BONUS PACKs, the Windows Vista operating system, Office system, and Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 must have one of the eligible part numbers and have been purchased from ZT Systems. Redemption of BONUS PACK is available beginning August 25, 2008. Offer excludes systems purchased as part of a volume license agreement and those purchasers redeeming outside of the United States. Limit one offer per Windows Vista operating system, 2007 Microsoft Office systems or Windows Small Business Server 2003 purchased.

To obtain Bonus Pack Rebate Access codes, qualifying Microsoft software products must be validated on the Microsoft website within 30 days of computer purchase.

The offer item must be purchased within 15 days of receipt of the Bonus Pack Rebate Access Codes. Each offer coupon must be redeemed by the deadline stated in its terms.

Customers who do not purchase the offer item or redeem the offer coupon in the time allotted forfeit eligibility to the rebate available with that offer.

ZT Systems and Microsoft are not responsible for fulfillment of the offers. Companies providing the services and/or products are solely responsible for fulfilling the BONUS PACKs. Value of the BONUS PACK varies depending upon version of Windows Vista operating system and Office 2007 acquired. There may be shipping, handling and taxes on some of the products or services offered in the BONUS PACK. BONUS PACKs are to be redeemed by end customers only and are for the use of end customers only.
